By participating in the 30-Day Ad Challenge ("Challenge"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Challenge Overview

The 30-Day Ad Challenge is an educational digital program developed and offered by Bizlift Academy Limited. It includes daily instructions, resources, and community access, designed to help business owners improve their advertising performance.

2. Eligibility & Participation

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to participate.
• Active participation is expected throughout the 30-day duration.
• All communication during the Challenge will be conducted digitally, primarily through a Telegram group and other online platforms.

3. Intellectual Property

• All materials, videos, documents, templates, and tools provided during the Challenge remain the sole intellectual property of Bizlift Academy Limited.
• You agree not to reproduce, republish, resell, or distribute any materials without express written permission from Bizlift Academy Limited.
• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of materials may lead to legal action and removal from the Challenge.

4. Community Conduct

• Participants must respect all members in the Challenge community group.
• Harassment, hate speech, spamming, and unsolicited self-promotion are prohibited.
• Bizlift Academy Limited reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund or notice.

5. No Guarantee of Results

• Bizlift Academy Limited does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, leads, or sales from participating in the Challenge.
• Results vary based on individual effort, ad spend, niche, and other external factors.
• All testimonials shared are real but do not represent typical or guaranteed outcomes.

6. Financial Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for managing their own advertising budgets and platforms.
• Bizlift Academy Limited is not liable for any financial loss incurred due to ad spend, performance, or strategy implementation.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Challenge and instant access to proprietary content, no refunds will be issued after registration.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bizlift Academy Limited and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Challenge.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Privacy & Data

• Participant information will only be used for communication and administration of the Challenge.
• We do not share or sell personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
